										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>In today’s busy world, prioritizing between your work and your personal life can be a huge challenge, but studies show that a poor work-life balance can result in unhealthy levels of stress, unhappiness, and reduced productivity.</p>
<h2>We can balance our personal and professional life through:</h2>
<p><strong>Set Priorities:</strong> Figure out what are your top priorities. What are the things that are of lesser importance?</p>
<p><strong>Keep Track of Your Time: </strong>For at least one week, track how you spend your time. Make a to-do list accordingly and meet up small goals or preset plans.</p>
<p><strong>Concentrate on one thing at a time: </strong>Forget multitasking, it’s not possible to focus on two things at the same, instead, devote your full attention to the present task at your hand, when you are working at the office or when you are spending time with your family, try to focus on them.</p>
<p><strong>Respect Your Private Time: </strong>You may have a hectic schedule. But every day you should keep aside some time for yourself too and have some <a href="https://thehrmonks.com/2019/10/11/five-ways-to-stay-happy-in-life/">time for self-care.</a></p>
<p><strong>Schedule one thing each day that you look forward to achieving:</strong> Make a list or schedule every day of one thing which you are trying to achieve, rather than messing up with lots of things which you may try to do at a single time.</p>
<p><strong>Practice Healthy Personal Habits and Lifestyle: </strong>Lack of proper sleep, poor nutrition, and no exercise can cause you to feel a lack of balance in our life and can dent any efforts, which we are trying to achieve in work-life balance.</p>
<p><strong>Take a Vacation: </strong>At least take two weeks off from your work per year. You don’t need to go far and don’t need to spend a lot of money, but do need to recharge our batteries to be the more productive, being a creative and happy person. Take a complete break.</p>
<p><strong>Daily Exercise: </strong>Exercise relieves stress, clears our mind and ultimately makes us more productive. Never skip your <a href="https://thehrmonks.com/2019/10/01/importance-of-yoga-in-our-daily-life/">daily exercise.</a></p>

<p>Employees are more active, more productive, more committed towards the company if they have a<a href="https://thehrmonks.com/2019/10/11/five-ways-to-stay-happy-in-life/"> positive mindset</a>. Poor mental health creates a negative impact on employee productivity and results in layoffs, absenteeism, decreased productivity.</p>
<p>Poor mental health and other emotional problems in the workplace take place due to stress. Stress is the main cause of low performance, high turnover, and human error.</p>
<p>Sometimes our stress level is getting out of control when things are happening like a person having a frequently depressed mood, suffers from a lack of confidence, anger, and frustrations, and as a result, an employee loses interest in work.</p>
<h2>These are certain things through which we can manage stress at workplace:</h2>
<p><strong>Positive Relationship: </strong>While negative thoughts take place in our daily life when need to get rid of all these thoughts with the help of a good companion. That&#8217;s way positive relationships at the workplace are so important. Even if they can’t solve the problem, the simple act of understanding your stress with someone you trust can actually reduce the stress.</p>
<p><strong>Exercise: </strong>Exercise is very effective in eliminating depression. It is also helpful to get our minds free of stressful thoughts. Exercise can also be in the form of active meditation and have had a <a href="https://thehrmonks.com/2019/10/01/importance-of-yoga-in-our-daily-life/">calming effect on the body and mind</a>.</p>
<p><strong>Set Expectation:</strong> Expectation should be realistic and reasonable. A consistently increased workload with extremely long hours can result in stress. High turnover in a certain workplace takes place as their employees are exhausted and worried.</p>
<p><strong>Corporate wellness:</strong> Corporate wellness program promotes an employee’s self-care, this kind of program consists of guiding an employee towards a healthier diet, exercise, educating about staying away from stress and depression, etc.</p>
<p><strong>Stay away from conflict:</strong> In every office, there are possibilities of occurring some conflict among certain co-workers. Conflict makes a bad impact on our physical and emotional health. It is good to always avoid conflict in the workplace as much as possible.</p>

<p>First, we found the<a href="https://thehrmonks.com/2019/10/21/you-need-to-believe-and-have-faith-that-you-can-be-successful/"> vision in the mind</a> then it got manifested in the outside world.  A mind that is full of innovation, free spirit, determination, and courage is capable of creating something great in this world.</p>
<p>When we have a positive mindset, our body, emotion, energy everything gets organized in a positive direction. Once we are empowered with a potential like this, it is very important that our physical, emotional, mental energy and actions are controlled and directed towards a proper direction.</p>
<p>If we want to take proper control of our life, it depends on how we think and how much focused we are, and how much stability is there in our thoughts.</p>
<p>Modern science has revealed that the whole of existence is just the outcome of energy.</p>
<p>Similarly, our thoughts are also the manifestation of energy, if we generate powerful thoughts and let it out to the outer world, it will always manifest itself.</p>
<p>The <a href="https://thehrmonks.com/2019/10/11/five-ways-to-stay-happy-in-life/">quality and the nature of our thoughts</a> decides what is going to happen in our life. Once our mind becomes positive and calm – it is reflected in the way we think, the way we feel, and all our emotions get better and positive. Once our thoughts and emotion get organized in a proper direction – our energy will go in the same way, and also our body will respond positively towards this.</p>
<p>Once all these things are organized in one proper direction, our ability to create and manifest what we want bears fruit.</p>
<p>We have the power to create, we are the creator, &#8211; having the ability to think beyond what is the real world in so many ways. Focus on your goal and manifest your dreams into reality.</p>
