• Servicing the needs of existing customers
• Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
• Provide innovative ideas and suggestions to improve the market presence
• Setting sales targets for individual reps and the team as a whole
• Developing sales strategies and setting targets
• Monitoring the team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets
• Compiling and analyzing sales figures
• Collecting customer feedback and market research
• Keeping up to date with products and competitors
• Allocating area to sales representatives

You Should Be

• BSC/BPharma with 3 -8 years of experience in pharma sales

Salary Range

The Salary Range for this Job is upto 6 to 7 lacs Per annum
