Job Responsibilities

• Stock Reconciliation & Material Management:-
  • Raw Material Stock
  • Packing Material Stock
  • Finish Goods Stock
  • Engineering Stores, Safety Material Store, General Stores
  • Fire Wood Stock, Wooden Pallets Stock

   

   

  Store Activity:-

  • Follow S.O.P. (Standard Operating Procedures)
  • Overseeing of  the G.R.N. after received the material
  • Handling material receiving quality report
  • Overseeing Purchase, GRN, Inward, Issue, Bank Statement and Consumption Statement
  • Overseeing Stock Register
  • M.S.D.S. (Material Safety Data Sheet) follow.
  • Physical Stock Verification
  • Making sure that the materials are  stored in proper places

   

  Logistics:-

  • Dispatch Planning mail to concerned department
  • Co-ordinate with Transporter
  • Freight Negotiation and Vehicle arrangement

   

  Dispatch:-

  • Handling the dispatch documents like Invoice, L.R., E-Way Bill, C.O.A., Export Documents, ARE-1, Packing List, Commercial Invoice etc.
  • Maintain Sales Register on daily basis

   

  Commercial:-

  • Daily FG & RM report, Stock report
  • Cash on Hand Report
  • Accounting Entry like Sales, Purchase, Bank, Cash, J.V. etc.
  • Day to day reporting to management
  • Handling all Commercial Invoice
  • Pending P.O. Tracking, Raw Material P.O. Tracking
  • Handling Export Sample Sticker
  • Maintaining  Finished Goods Floor Stock REport
  • Correspondence with party and solves there queries

You Should Be

• CA
• You should be having 5 years to 8 years of relevant experience in Commercial and Stores

Salary Range

The Salary Range for this Job is 10 – 20 Lacs Per annum
