- Developing and executing marketing plans and programs, both short and long range, to ensure the profit growth and expansion of the brand within designated budgets
- Managing and developing the referral business for the organization.
- Identification, penetration and development of new markets.
- Responsible for the revenue generation, for increases in numbers of patients of the hospital, and increase in the number of third party paying customers of the hospital.
- Establish marketing contacts with corporate’s, insurers and other third party purchasers of health care services.
- Designing the brand plans and promotional material to achieve marketing goals to ensure share of market and profitability of the brand
- Plan & execute various activities as per the phase wise Marketing plans like Organize and conduct various direct marketing programs. a)Health talks and community education programmes b)Health camps c)CME programmes d)Special events etc
- Oversee all the publishing material of the hospital; namely: information booklet, leaflets, brochure and other related materials. These shall include the content, design and proofreading.
- Define and drive the Digital strategy of the unit including the websites and all other digital platforms
- To guide and drive Team of executives to acquire corporate tie ups, and generate business.
- Scheduling and monitoring training sessions and exercises.
- Evolve market segmentation & penetration strategies
- Formulating strategies to reach the unexplored market segments/customer groups for business expansion.
- Guiding and driving the team of executives to generate business through local medical fraternity.
- Conducting Media campaigns for promoting the brand.
- Develop business relations with Insurance Providers / Doctors / Medical Institutions / Medical Tourism drivers.
- Empanelling corporate?s for super-speciality treatments and conducting Health activities & Camps as a brand recollection exercise.
