- Achieving weekly and monthly targets.
- Team handling
- Responsible for the development of team capability.
- Opening new sub-distributors in the working area.
- Responsible for the proper display of the products in the allocated area.
- Managing and increasing sales volume of existing outlets.
- Engage in planning to promote the product and achieve the target set for the territories
- Monitoring and ensuring product delivery and payment collection
- Leveraging and increasing the span of the market as per the plan
