Job Responsibilities

  • To ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the department at all times
  • To take dictation and to transcribe the letters entrusted to him/ her
  • To maintain the filing system in the department
  • To maintain a record of the appointments of all departmental heads
  • To sort out routine correspondence independently
  • To carry out follow-up up jobs according to the time schedule
  • To ensure that office discipline is maintained
  • To maintain the secretarial call of the department, and to assist the department head in the efficient administration of the department
  • To ensure the maintenance of stationary par stock in the department and to replenish the same from time to time
  • To handle all incoming telephone calls as per standards laid down by the management
  • To assist guests for queries and requests, competently and promptly
  • To meet guests on behalf of the General Manager for queries and requests.
  • To revert back to the guest queries promptly
  • To ensure the proper monitoring of guest queries on the different feedback platform
  • To ensure that all equipment in the department is maintained in proper working condition

You Should Be

  • Any Graduate with 2-4 years of experience as secretary

The Salary Range for this Job is upto 5 lacs Per annum
