Job Responsibilities

• Background Verification, Monthly HR Reportings,
• Payroll Processing for. Handling Salary Fitments,
• Preparation of Offer letters, Appointment letters, Confirmations of employees, Appraisal letters, Relieving letters etc.
• Providing Inputs to Finance for Processing Payroll, F&F, Incentives, Bonus etc.
• Maintaining HRIS Database, Payroll Dashboard, Cost Centre Details,
• Handling Employee Grievances related to Group Mediclaim Insurance, Salaries, Incentives, Full & Final Settlement, PF, ESI, PT & Income Tax.
• Maintaining Monthly Attendance & Leave Records at the HR end.

You Should Be

• MBA – HR with 3-5 years of experience in pharma sales

The Salary Range for this Job is upto 4 to 6 lacs Per annum
