Job Responsibilities

• To carry out the pre-installation study of sight & technical feasibility
• To identify the requirements and communicate within the company & with client
• To keep all items ready to finish the trouble-free installation
• To keep a note on special points for an Installation
• To assist the sales team in a demonstration
• To attend technical support calls on-field and remotely as and when required by the customer
• Ensure that the parts that need to be replaced are available in stock
• Work on improving the performance of the machine
• Have to conduct safety checks on all the machines or it could prove to be dangerous for the workers working on them
• Have to keep an inventory of types of equipment required for the repair work
• To know about all the latest machinery that is available in the market
• To inspect all the machines and make reports for the management that whether or not new machines are required
• To check & test machines before dispatch
• Provide technical and repair support service for products in the region assigned
• Conduct product installation, and develop operation/maintenance guide for customers
• Ensure the smooth flow of repair by collaborating and cooperating with the regional sales team to meet customer expectations
• Maintain proper records of job-flow/ work orders and spares utilization and inventory
• Develop relationships with key customers and be responsible for achieving the budgeted AMCs/CMCs revenues for the region and collection of AR.

You Should Be

• Any BE with 2-5 years of experience in service

Salary Range

The Salary Range for this Job is upto 3 to 3.6 lacs Per annum plus variables
