Job Responsibilities

• To respond to customer complaints
• To evaluate and resolve problems of the customers
• To assists in installing the equipment analyzes, inspects and reviews findings to determine the solution to the problem that the customer demands
• To work alongside with technical sales engineers
• To offer customer training for the product; repairs, tests and maintains equipment
• To monitor performance of the product
• To maintain product manuals
• To provide customers with regular reports and feedback on their service requests
• To develop and maintain relations with customers
• To report common complaints of customers to top management in order to address the situation for future reference
• To makes recommendations to maintenance technicians and offer feedback on product development, features and functions.

You Should Be

• Any BE/B. Tech/B. Sc with 2-5 years of experience in service

Salary Range

The Salary Range for this Job is upto INR 3 to 3.6 lacs Per annum plus variables
